I strongly believe that organizations and communities have the power to changes lives! Over the past 20 years, I have lead and supported a number of initiatives resulting in meaningful impact at the organizational and community level. I use a thorough needs assessment process to help identify areas of opportunity and outline a plan to achieve desired outcomes.
